South Korea said it has tested a ballistic missile able to strike any target in North Korea.
Defense officials said President Park Geun-hye watched the test launch Wednesday in the southern part of South Korea. The missile can travel up to 500 kilometers. Officials say the technology will be deployed by the end of the year.
